Balthazar is quite the dispicable individual that obides by no-one and does what he wants... He has no boundaries and had no trouble doing things that most of us wouldn't even think of dreaming of...
Hes sense of morality is non existent and sense of humanity... even less so. He has no trouble killing or doing anything else to get what he wants, though while around the facility he does behave himself as not to get kicked out...
Design traits
Balthzar is the result of a desire for a character with horns of some kind though his personality didnt stand out initially like it does today...
I thought it would be fun to design a demon-type character, but I wanted to put my own twist on it as most demons seem to be big scary horned things that take on humanoid traits, How about a smaller demon that looked cute but then was actually a massive jerk? I dunno that concept just seemed fun at the time...
History and inspiration
He was inspired by a small fairy dragon creature that I saw on a screenshot in a modded game, unfortunatley I cannot remember where that screenshot is now or even what game it was out of... but the character was cute, it kind reminded me of fidget from dust or Ori or something like that...
