Personality
Niatrix Is a class 80, developed in 2967 by Omratech. She assists Emerald in the medical areas and unlike emerald has no problem cutting into patients and dealing with flesh and bone as is needed when conducting surgeries.
Not to worry though, she is plenty experienced with such things, being that she is a morticians background. Shes not crazy, but she can be quite cold toward others at times... She delivers the truth as it is, which can upset others if they are not prepared for it...
Design traits
Niatrix is a Model 80 made by Omratech in 2967, a mid range model with their marketed "Quick-swap" appendages. She typically has the defibrillator pads equipped, but can swap appendages for a range of other tools.
She is linked in to the medical systems which allows her to remotely detect a patients vitals, and automatically goes into Defcon Zero, where she deploys the wheels in her feet to get to the afflicted patient as fast as possible. Her top speed is about 40MPH. She will do her best to avoid obstacles but will barrage anything out of the way if it is lighter than she is and inanimate.
When in this mode she deploys a signal to other model 80's once at the scene to deter any others from arriving (not that there are any others in the facility). The green highlights on her body and face turn red, and a loud claxxon will sound. Pedals will also deploy on the back of her feet so that any medical staff in the area can disable the mode if the vitals where flatlines in error, (beit equipment faults or sensor removal).
Niatrix also has a lightbar featuring 4 powerful spotlights, and is designed to look reminiscent of a cat to comfort patients
History and inspiration
Niatrix's design much like a select few of my characters, the design came to me in a vision, A white and green robotic character with diamond eyes and pointy ears of sorts. These visions are vague at best, and often end up a little different on paper than they do within the vision. Niatrix was no exeption, and it was tricky working out her smaller details, where I thought, emerald would have a tough time on her own in the medical areas all by herself, and thus I adjusted niatrix's design somewhat to allow her to have detachable defibrillator hands, and hints that she assists emerald in the medical areas. As emerald is not so good with the surgeries from the blood typically involved emerald is now more of a chemist and develops medicinal compositions and treatments.
