Squash

Squash is a very close friend to scallop. she is much more "seawise" often guiding him away from things that might hurt him, and generally finds good places to hide from larger predators.

Where she falls short though is interacting with other friendlier creatures, which is where scallop helps her with his positive disposition. It happens to relax squash being with someone shes close to and stops her from getting flustered. Scallop is also very good with marine navigation, able to use his antenna to work out the characteristics of the currents, temperature, direction, flow and even what microorganisms are within them.
